Many leaders overcome hardships early in life that then give them the resilience to lead in difficult times. But that experience can also make it hard for them to delegate. The COVID-19 pandemic tests resilience, but, as Adam Bryant writes, leaders will still need to listen and seek help to ensure they don't try to do everything themselves.
