This form allows candidates who have received a request, to upload an electronic copy of their transcripts.
Only candidates who have been specifically requested to upload their transcripts will be able to.
- All transcripts must be in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.
- If you have more than one transcript file, these must be combined into ONE zip file and uploaded.
- If you were not issued with a password when you applied, enter your email address used when you applied and click the "Forgot my password" button.
